Where SAP Expertise Meets AI Innovation.

Abhishek leads Initium Digital with 24 years of experience translating C-suite ambition into shippable enterprise programmes. He founded the company to do one thing well: take SAP BAIP from a platform vision to working business outcomes for mid-market enterprises. His track record spans system integration, managed services, and large-scale change programmes — and his playbook treats capability building and adoption as first-class deliverables, not afterthoughts. The result is transformation that compounds: pilots that scale, teams that own what they ship, and measurable gains in growth, cost, and customer experience.

Nishigandh co-founded Initium Digital after serving as Managing Director – India at Emergys, an SAP Gold Partner. He brings 27+ years in IT project management, service delivery and business consulting — 20+ of them in SAP ERP — leading implementations, upgrades and product builds across industries, from pre-sales to go-live. He has architected industry-ready SAP template solutions and run delivery for key international accounts. His forte is P&L leadership and SAP competency building; he also co-founded Initium Learning and Matrix AI.

Sumit runs commercial strategy at Initium Digital, drawing on more than two decades inside SAP, cloud, and AI-led transformation work. As CRO, he owns the conversation from first call to signed engagement — making sure every prospect gets matched to the right NuVo product or accelerator, on a fixed scope and a binding timeline. His background spans enterprise consulting, modernisation programmes, and intelligent SAP solutions across industries — and he brings clarity to what's often a noisy decision: which of the many BAIP and AI investments will actually move the business forward.

Charmaine leads AI architecture at Initium Digital with 8+ years across data science, AI engineering, and enterprise solution design. She holds a Master's in Advanced Computer Science with Data Science from the University of Strathclyde, and pairs that technical depth with the instinct to turn business problems into systems that ship. Inside the NuVo suite she's the architect behind the Intelligent Virtual Assistant that runs across products, the multilingual document extraction platform, and the AI-driven incident-management chatbot — all built on SAP Joule, AI Core, and the Generative AI Hub. Beyond product architecture, she runs the AI engineering culture: mentoring teams on clean code, MLOps, and rapid prototyping, and championing the documentation patterns that let AI work compound rather than fragment.
