What happens with your data when you visit this website — in plain words.

This website has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We only process what is needed to deliver the pages to you, and what you send us when you write or call.
The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). To deliver pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser and device information, and the referring page. Cloudflare also tells the website which country a request comes from; we use this only to suggest a language version of a page.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and we rely on that adequacy decision and on Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare keeps log data for a short period only.
We set one cookie, "lang", when you choose a language, so the site remembers your choice (one year). If you dismiss the language suggestion, your browser stores that in its local storage. Both are strictly necessary for a function you asked for and need no consent (Section 25(2) TDDDG). Neither is used to identify or track you.
Some use-case pages show photographs loaded from images.unsplash.com (Unsplash Inc., San Francisco, USA). Your browser connects to Unsplash to load them, which transmits your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in an illustrated website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, or send a job application to careers@initiumdigital.com, we process your name, contact details and what you tell us, to answer your enquiry or assess your application and, where relevant, to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or because of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). WhatsApp is a service of Meta; please read its privacy information before using it. We delete enquiries when they are dealt with, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
We link to our pages on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. These are plain links: no data is sent to these networks until you click one.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to sales@initiumdigital.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live (Art. 77 GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
